Walnut uses

Walnuts are used in the gastronomy and confectionary industry as a decorative additive for pralines, ice cream, pies and cakes. The product is ideal for confectioning into smaller packages (retail sales) or for sale by weight.

  • 2 x 5kg – two vacuum bags in a cardboard box
Bulk packaging: pallet (EPAL) – 8 cartons per layer, up to 8 layers on a pallet, stretch foil

MIX

Particles of high quality walnuts with full nutritional values and taste qualities. Size of particles: from 4 to 10 mm.

Crumbled walnuts are widely used in the gastronomic industry as:
  • Ready-made baking additive for cakes and ice-creams
  • Ingredient of cakes and other baked or grated products
  • Additive for dinner dishes, e.g. salads, meats, sauces
As a result of cold pressing, a high quality oil is obtained. It is used in the preparation of meals, as well as cosmetics and natural medicine

Walnuts are gently cleaned of remaining particles - without the use of detergents or other chemicals.

Sorting and calibration

At this stage, we remove any damaged and non-standard walnuts, as well as we divide them in terms of size.

Walnuts without shells are subject to qualification in terms of shape, size and color. Non-compliant walnuts are removed.

Quality control and packaging

Each batch is subject to visual and electronic control, so that only the best quality walnuts are delivered to the packages.

Delivery

Packaged and labelled walnuts go to the warehouse. They are delivered to buyers both in Poland and throughout Europe.
